Stacee at Simon’s was an amazing waitress! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcomed. She stayed on top of everything throughout our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made our experience exceptional. We will definitely be back!

I live out of town (9hrs north) and we go out of our way to stop here every time we come down. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is perfect for date night and all of the staff but most important Stacee is the reason we continue to return time and time again.

One thing I know I can count on every time I’m in town is great food from the kitchen and even better service from Stacee. There’s not a place nor people quite like it anywhere

We live in Illinois and have property near by. We go to Simon’s EVERY TIME we are in town because of the service we receive from Stacee. She remembers our names and spends hours making us feel like old friends having a night out. To top it off the food and drinks are spectacular and affordably priced. We will be back at the end of this week and will stop by to see our old friend Stacee.

Alyssa B. Is an amazing bar tender. She makes sure food is out as fast as possible, my drink is filled and I leave completely satisfied. She had a smile on her face the whole time and made me feel so welcome. On top of that the whole bar tending staff Reagan and Stacey were phenomenal as well. Helping where they could. I got a real homey atmosphere out of my interaction
